You Can and You Will

“You can do anything you put your mind to. “

~ Unknown

Every behavior, productive or otherwise, starts with a thought. Thoughts drive action. Thoughts also drive inaction. Whether it’s pursuing higher education, preparing for a career change, or learning a new skill set, you can do anything that you put your mind to.

When you make a commitment to change your mindset, you will find the courage and strength to move in the direction of your dreams.

Be Persistent

“Work hard, stay focused, and be committed. Most often than not, you’ll come out on top.” ~. Priyanka Chopra

We fail. We learn. We grow. Repeat.

Whatever it is, keep working, keep pushing, keep stretching. Keep growing.

Whatever you do, refuse to give up.

Be Kind

“In a world where you can be anything, be kind. “ ~ Anonymous

Hardship is no stranger to many, especially during these times.

In a world riddled with chaos, disappointment, and uncertainty, it is difficult to see the beauty in ashes; the light in darkness.

We struggle and the world never knows it, oblivious to the artificial smiles and manufactured hope. A kind word, a generous act, or a soft smile could be the very thing we need to recharge our hearts.

Be kind to your family, even when they drive you crazy. Be kind to your colleagues, even when you feel stressed and stretched. Be kind to the stranger, even when it’s inconvenient.

Be the glimmer of hope for someone in need today. Be the light that dispels another one’s darkness. Be the joy that fills a weary heart.

Perspective

“It’s not what you look at that matters. It’s what you see” ~ Anonymous

Choose to see the good in others; the beauty in the world, and the positive in the most difficult circumstances.

It’s all about perspective!

The Climb

“Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you’re climbing it” ~ Andy Rooney

Mountains are extremely difficult to climb both physically, emotionally, and mentally. It requires a resilient mind that refuses to quit regardless of how challenging it becomes.

It’s natural to want to bypass the process and catapult to the top. But the process is what shapes, strengthens, and develops you. Just as a caterpillar must develop in its cocoon before it transforms into a beautiful butterfly, there are “mountains “ we must climb in order to be the best version of ourselves.

Trust the process. Embrace the journey. And continue to climb!
