Today was not the best day. I was challenged in every possible way you can imagine. I couldn’t get home fast enough! As I walked thru my door, feeling like I’d been trampled afoot, I heard this soft gentle whisper….

“You’re an overcomer”

Without a thought, I declared out loud, “I’m an overcomer!”

Now…. I would be lying if I said I didn’t still feel exhausted from my day, but saying that out loud just once, renewed my strength, and I know as I continue to declare it, I will be strengthened to handle the unknown challenges of tomorrow!

Knowing that God is in control allows me to face every obstacle with peace and the confidence of knowing that I will overcome!

A Journey….of learning to live a life of total abandon….trusting God moment by moment, day by day, in every area of my life.

My life is an open book. My experiences, orchestrated by God.

Nothing I’m facing, have faced, or will face, catches Him off guard.

My heart is resting….

When everything is against you, rather than worry, praise the great Deliverer!!! He is waiting to hear your praise. The Lord God Almighty is waiting, looking to and from to show Himself strong on your behalf. He is waiting to show up in your situation. He is yearning to breathe life into every dream that you thought died. He is anticipating bestowing his mighty blessings upon you….if only you trust Him

If only you praise Him….

When life is out of control, when things run afoul and you don’t even know how you landed in the place you are in, remember that God knows your beginning from your end. Every single day of your life was written before the foundations of this world. He knows exactly where you are and he knows exactly how you will go through and come out victoriously. He knows the plan he has for you…a plan to prosper you…to bring you to an expected end

There’s no need to fret. No need to worry. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. Worship is the key. Worship invites God to reign in your situation. Worship activates the restoring power of God. Worship allows God to move mountains that you never thought you could climb. Worship will bring you to your expected end. Worship will infuse you with His mighty Spirit to do the impossible.

Whatever you are going through. Know that God is not surprised by your situation. He is not caught off guard. He knows exactly where you are. He knows exactly what you need. He knows exactly how you will overcome.

So when you are facing what appears to be a hopeless situation, know that He knows and will walk you through it…if only you worship Him.

Praise is your weapon…use it wisely
